Raw, real, relatable books that point to Jesus.

Food for thought.

So, exciting news first: I received my legal transcription certification!!

Thank you all for your prayers and for encouraging me to stay committed.

When I passed it the first time but then failed because of a technical error, I was more than willing to throw in the towel.

But I knew this was something God was asking, and I also knew I have an extremely bad habit of giving up when things are hard.

But God certainly used the people in my corner to keep me going, so thank you for that!

In writing news, I’m tackling the 8th Commandment this morning, and it looks like I should have this book available in free eBook download and paperback by early May.

Speaking of paperbacks (and I suppose books in general), I’ve created pages for each of my books where you can easily learn more about each one, download the free eBook, and click a button to purchase the paperback.

Here’s an example. And you can access all these book pages by clicking the book covers here.

Somebody already snagged a copy of A Bird Alone, so thank you to whoever you are!

And before I go, I wanted to share something a friend mentioned the other day that has helped soften my heart.

She mentioned that a friend of hers shared that he now tries to see people perfectly as they are in Jesus.

That was a light-bulb moment for me. We’re all still becoming the people God created us to be here on this fallen earth, and sometimes we act like it, even though technically, we’re already our new selves in Jesus.

So looking at my brothers and sisters in that light allows me to have grace for them, and thoroughly reminds me that I’m still becoming, too, and what a gift if somebody would see me through the same gentle eyes of Jesus.

Anyways, food for thought today!
